PR Executive – B2B, corporate and some consumer PR for a dynamic, technology-driven, company that is reimagining and reshaping the property sector

I have a great opportunity for PR Executive who wants to be part of a dynamic, technology-driven, company that is reimagining and reshaping the property sector. This newly-created role will have a genuine impact on all aspects of the business’s PR operation and wider corporate reputation management at an exciting time in the its journey.

As part of a small comms team, sitting within a larger and rapidly growing marketing function, you will support the company’s efforts to position itself as the essential property portal and partner of choice for agents and developers alike. You will be required to support the business and in particular all aspects of the broader marketing mix (including commercial marketing and content teams) by developing and executing highly visible, engaging news and product-led stories, as well as meaningful campaigns across trade and national, broadcast and regional media.

The role demands someone with the ability to manage senior internal stakeholders. This is a high-profile role, reporting directly to the Head of Comms, so maturity and professionalism are a must. As an agency-equivalent guide, the role will suit someone around Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level.

Key criteria includes:
– a background in property PR would be a bonus but is not a pre requisite. However an interest in property and / or tech is essential
– the ability to leverage relevant topical media for commentary and data led stories in the trade, national and regional press, positioning the company as a credible thought leader and authority on property
– a self-starter, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is results / positive outcomes driven
